I did not check that yet. However, might I suggest going forward for testing at least, that when one starts the webcam streaming, the driver emit the stream in the form of an AVI. It appears that there is an SOF marker consisting of jeiljn ff ff ff followed by at least two zeroes. I do have jeiilin seems to be a similar camera. The details are left ksb an exercise for the reader.
